
In this course, we teach you our most common everyday life communication in Egyptian Arabic with real-life practice. A must take course if you recently arrived in Cairo, either for work, study or to live and communicate with local Egyptians. Learn how to order, talk to a driver, a landlord, your security guy, your friends and basically all the essentials you need to survive Egypt as a beginner student.
This course can be actively learned approximately in 24 hours plus forty to fifty hours of homework.
Regular course: 2 hours once a week (12 weeks)
Intensive course: 2 hours twice a week (6 weeks)

Objectives & Grammatical knowledge
Objectives:
By the end of the course the learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate understanding of special characteristics of Arabic Language script, letters & sounds.
- Distinguish between similar sounds and show understanding of the fourteen extra-alphabetical symbols.
- Preform greetings and leave taking and demonstrate understanding of the cultural sides (shaking hands, kissing & hugging, standing)
- Perform conversation of self-introducing, others introducing and meeting people for the first time asking about name, country, jobs (formal – informal).
- Show understanding and Conduct conversation of expressions and phrases of being polite and asking for things.
- Recall numbers from 1-100
- Using everyday vocabulary in context describing your house, family, colors.
- Using adjectives in describing states and feelings, describing people.
Grammatical knowledge:
- The definite and the indefinite.
- The demonstrative pronouns and its negation.
- Independent pronouns
- The possessive pronouns
- Conjugation of present tense
- Forming questions and yes and No question
- Describing with adjectives
- Introduction of roots and patterns.
- Trial lesson is usually 45 minutes and it is to determine your level, get to know our tutors and learn.
